MarginCare’s focus is to help people maintain their independence by allowing them to receive the support that they need. We do this by providing adequate trainings to our staff members, and equip them with the resources required to be committed, qualified and passionate support worker to ensure that the job is always done to a high standard.
We also provide support services to established care businesses, such as nursing homes, care homes and private hospitals. We do this by providing our well-trained and committed HCAs/support workers/nurses as a temporary staffing solution, with short and long-term or emergency placements.
